Software executes what was decided earlier.
Decision-Zone computes what is required now.
The Human Mission Owner defines purpose and authority. Frontier models assist design-time compilation. A Persistent Requester, Independent Actors and an Independent Governor remain distinct runtime computations.
The film follows one mission, M-001: two identified Actor proposals, separate Governor determinations, admitted commitment, execution, observed consequence through the live causal Event Fabric, and the same Requester computing what remains required. Requester and Governor are not Actors.
Safety, security, control and continuance belong to the continuing human mission. The film also introduces the mission economy: customer-defined missions, each retaining its own purpose and authority, supported by one reusable Runtime Computing foundation.
